By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Muvibro mobile application ('App') in any capacity — including without creating an account — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms') and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Muvibro is a mobile application that provides personalized, AI-powered movie recommendations. You provide your current mood and viewing preferences (genre, duration, production type, and release year range); this data is transmitted to our backend service, which queries one or more artificial intelligence providers to generate film suggestions tailored to your input. Recommended films are stored in our database. You may rate films, save them to a watchlist, and view your recommendation history. The App operates on a credit-based system where each recommendation request consumes one credit. The specific AI models or providers used may change at any time without prior notice. Guest access: You may use the App as an anonymous guest without creating an account to receive AI-powered movie recommendations from the main screen and to save up to 30 favorites and up to 30 recommendation history items locally on your device. Guest functionality requires an active internet connection for AI recommendations. To store more than 30 favorites or access more than 30 history entries, you must create a registered account. Features available only to registered users also include: ratings, cross-device watchlist synchronization, and in-app credit purchases.
Guest access: Certain features of the App are accessible without registering an account. You may use the App as an anonymous guest to receive AI recommendations and save up to 30 favorites and 30 history items locally on your device. Exceeding these limits requires a registered account. If you later register or sign in, your anonymous session data may be linked to your new account, carrying over any accumulated preferences. To access the full set of App features, you must create an account. You may register using an email address and password, or via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. By registering, you agree that: (a) you are at least 13 years of age; (b) all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; (c) you will keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party; (d) you will notify us immediately at support@muvibro.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Muvibro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The App operates on a credit-based system. Each AI-powered recommendation request deducts one credit from your balance.
Movie recommendations provided through the App are generated by third-party AI models based solely on the preference data you input. These recommendations are provided for entertainment and discovery purposes only. Muvibro does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, or suitability of any recommended film in your region or on any particular streaming platform. The AI models and providers used may change at any time without notice. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is the product of automated processing and that Muvibro is not responsible for the specific content of those recommendations.
By submitting ratings, preferences, or any other content through the App ('User Content'), you grant Muvibro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, store, process, and analyze that content to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of your User Content. Muvibro will not sell your individually identifiable User Content to third parties. You represent that any User Content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.

All content, code, design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property within the App are the exclusive property of Muvibro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to Muvibro's intellectual property other than the limited right to use the App as permitted herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The following terms apply to users who download the App from the Apple App Store: (a) Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for the App or its content. (b) Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms, the Apple Media Services Terms shall govern solely with respect to Apple-provided services. (c) Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. (d) In the event of any product liability claim, consumer protection claim, intellectual property infringement claim, or any third-party claim related to the App, Muvibro — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim. (e) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
The following terms apply to users who download the App from Google Play: (a) Google LLC is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for the App or its content. (b) All in-app purchases made through the App are processed by Google Play Billing. (c) Google is not responsible for addressing any claims arising from your use of the App. Muvibro is solely responsible for such claims.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. MUVIBRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MUVIBRO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CREDITS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS, EVEN IF MUVIBRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Muvibro reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine that your account poses a risk to other users or to the App. Upon termination for breach, your access to the App and any unused credits will be forfeited without compensation. You may delete your own account at any time through the Settings screen within the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via push notification or in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
